Every part of this system exists to do one thing: put a verified homeowner with a real bathroom or kitchen project on your calendar before your competitor even calls back.
Most contractor ads are generic — "call us for your next project" over a stock photo. Homeowners see 300+ ads a day and scroll past every one of them. Ours don't get scrolled past.
We build ads that name the specific project type, speak to the specific homeowner, and run in the specific area where you actually want to work. No spray-and-pray.
Clicking an ad doesn't make someone a prospect. Before anyone reaches your calendar, they go through a 6-question intake that filters out tire-kickers, renters, and low-budget inquiries.
This is the part shared lead platforms will never do — they get paid for every contact, so they have no incentive to disqualify anyone. We do.
Speed-to-lead is the single biggest variable in whether an inquiry converts into a conversation. MIT research shows response within 5 minutes is 21x more effective than responding in 30 minutes. You can't respond in 5 minutes when you're on a roof.
The AI Concierge does it in under 60 seconds, around the clock. It texts the homeowner, confirms the project details, locks in the appointment, and sends reminders so they show up.
Most remodelers have a list of past leads, old customers, and people who reached out but never converted. That list is worth money. We text them — systematically, with a specific offer — and turn dormant contacts into booked estimates.
And then you actually know what's working. Real numbers: cost per appointment delivered, show rate, close rate. Not impressions or clicks.
There is one model right now — the founding client structure. It's the best deal we'll ever offer, and it's limited by market availability.
After the founding period — same model, market-rate per appointment pricing.
$1K refundable deposit. Pay per qualified appointment delivered. That's it.
For remodelers ready to expand to multiple markets or add additional crews.
This isn't for every remodeler. Here's who gets real results from this system — and who doesn't.
A qualified appointment is a confirmed, scheduled in-home estimate with a verified homeowner who has cleared the pre-qualification filter — meaning real project scope (bathroom or kitchen remodel), budget at or above your minimum, and a timeline of 6 months or less. They've confirmed the date and time via text. You bill us after the appointment happens, not when it's booked.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not billed. The AI Concierge sends 24-hour and 2-hour reminders specifically to reduce this. If someone cancels, the system automatically attempts to reschedule them. We track show rate as a core metric and will adjust the filter or targeting if we're seeing a pattern of non-shows.
The $1,000 covers setup — ad creative, filter build, AI Concierge configuration, dashboard setup, and the first 30 days of ad spend. If we don't deliver at least one qualified appointment in the first 30 days, it comes back to you. If we do deliver, it's applied toward your first appointments. This deposit is not a retainer — there are no monthly fees after this.
No. We write the copy and build the creative. You'll review and approve before anything goes live. If you have before/after photos of past work, those are very useful — real project photos outperform stock images by a wide margin. But they're not required to start.
Three main differences: (1) Exclusivity — Angi sells the same homeowner's info to 5+ contractors. You're bidding before you've said a word. With LaneFlow, your market is yours alone. (2) Pre-qualification — Angi passes every inquiry through regardless of budget or readiness. We screen before they reach you. (3) Confirmed appointments — you're not getting a name and a phone number. You're getting a confirmed date and time with a homeowner who has already been through a filter.
There's a 30-day minimum to give the system enough time to calibrate. After that, it's month-to-month. The system takes 2–3 weeks to fully optimize, so contractors who exit before that typically haven't seen the real output. We recommend running for at least 60 days before evaluating results.
We take one remodeler per metro. Book a call to find out if your area is available — no obligation, no pitch deck.
