Four pillars.
One system.
Qualified appointments.

Every part of this system exists to do one thing: put a verified homeowner with a real bathroom or kitchen project on your calendar before your competitor even calls back.

Pillar 01

Targeted Authority Ads

Most contractor ads are generic — "call us for your next project" over a stock photo. Homeowners see 300+ ads a day and scroll past every one of them. Ours don't get scrolled past.

We build ads that name the specific project type, speak to the specific homeowner, and run in the specific area where you actually want to work. No spray-and-pray.

  • Facebook and Instagram campaigns built for bathroom/kitchen remodel homeowners specifically
  • Audience targeting by homeownership status, household income, and service area zip codes
  • Ad copy written in plain English — no buzz words, no fake urgency
  • Creative that calls out the project type ("redoing your master bath?" not "home improvement")
  • Ongoing creative testing — we're finding what resonates, not just running one ad forever
QUALIFIED
Pillar 02

Pre-Qualification Filter

Clicking an ad doesn't make someone a prospect. Before anyone reaches your calendar, they go through a 6-question intake that filters out tire-kickers, renters, and low-budget inquiries.

This is the part shared lead platforms will never do — they get paid for every contact, so they have no incentive to disqualify anyone. We do.

  • 6 intake questions covering: project type, budget range, timeline, homeownership, and contact info
  • Minimum budget threshold configured to your project minimums — nothing below $X gets through
  • Renters and "just getting prices" contacts are filtered before they touch your calendar
  • Only real homeowners with real projects and real timelines make it to step three
  • You set the bar — we enforce it
Pillar 03

AI Concierge & Confirmation

Speed-to-lead is the single biggest variable in whether an inquiry converts into a conversation. MIT research shows response within 5 minutes is 21x more effective than responding in 30 minutes. You can't respond in 5 minutes when you're on a roof.

The AI Concierge does it in under 60 seconds, around the clock. It texts the homeowner, confirms the project details, locks in the appointment, and sends reminders so they show up.

  • Instant text response — under 60 seconds, 24/7, including weekends
  • Appointment confirmation with date and time locked via text conversation
  • 24-hour and 2-hour reminder messages to reduce no-shows
  • Automatic reschedule handling — if a homeowner cancels, it books them back without you doing anything
  • Every conversation is logged — you can see exactly what was said
Pillar 04

Database Reactivation + Dashboard

Most remodelers have a list of past leads, old customers, and people who reached out but never converted. That list is worth money. We text them — systematically, with a specific offer — and turn dormant contacts into booked estimates.

And then you actually know what's working. Real numbers: cost per appointment delivered, show rate, close rate. Not impressions or clicks.

  • Database reactivation campaign runs on any past contact list you have
  • Campaigns target past leads who inquired but never booked — often high-intent, still looking
  • Live dashboard: appointments scheduled, show rate, close rate, cost per appointment
  • Weekly report — what happened this week, what we're testing next
  • You own all the data — no lock-in

Honest about who we work with.

This isn't for every remodeler. Here's who gets real results from this system — and who doesn't.

This works well for you if...

  • You're doing $15K–$100K/mo in bathroom or kitchen remodel work
  • Your average project is $20K+ — smaller projects don't support the appointment cost
  • You have capacity for 2–5 new qualified estimates per week
  • You can show up to an appointment the same week it's booked
  • You've been burned by lead platforms and want something that actually screens
  • You're willing to run the system for 60+ days — results compound over time
  • Your market (metro area) isn't already claimed by another client

This probably isn't the right fit if...

  • You do general handyman or "home improvement" work under $10K average
  • You're already booked 6+ months out and have no capacity
  • You need a guaranteed number of jobs, not a guaranteed number of qualified appointments
  • You're expecting results in week one without building the system first
  • You operate in 5+ markets and want a single cookie-cutter campaign
  • You want to keep running Angi in parallel — we need exclusivity to perform

Questions we get on every call.

What exactly counts as a "qualified appointment"?

A qualified appointment is a confirmed, scheduled in-home estimate with a verified homeowner who has cleared the pre-qualification filter — meaning real project scope (bathroom or kitchen remodel), budget at or above your minimum, and a timeline of 6 months or less. They've confirmed the date and time via text. You bill us after the appointment happens, not when it's booked.

What if the homeowner cancels or doesn't show up?

No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not billed. The AI Concierge sends 24-hour and 2-hour reminders specifically to reduce this. If someone cancels, the system automatically attempts to reschedule them. We track show rate as a core metric and will adjust the filter or targeting if we're seeing a pattern of non-shows.

How does the $1,000 refundable deposit work?

The $1,000 covers setup — ad creative, filter build, AI Concierge configuration, dashboard setup, and the first 30 days of ad spend. If we don't deliver at least one qualified appointment in the first 30 days, it comes back to you. If we do deliver, it's applied toward your first appointments. This deposit is not a retainer — there are no monthly fees after this.

Do I need to provide ad creative or copy?

No. We write the copy and build the creative. You'll review and approve before anything goes live. If you have before/after photos of past work, those are very useful — real project photos outperform stock images by a wide margin. But they're not required to start.

How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?

Three main differences: (1) Exclusivity — Angi sells the same homeowner's info to 5+ contractors. You're bidding before you've said a word. With LaneFlow, your market is yours alone. (2) Pre-qualification — Angi passes every inquiry through regardless of budget or readiness. We screen before they reach you. (3) Confirmed appointments — you're not getting a name and a phone number. You're getting a confirmed date and time with a homeowner who has already been through a filter.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

There's a 30-day minimum to give the system enough time to calibrate. After that, it's month-to-month. The system takes 2–3 weeks to fully optimize, so contractors who exit before that typically haven't seen the real output. We recommend running for at least 60 days before evaluating results.
